Alfredo was fantastic. He met us on time. We requested an early start and he was there at 830 am even though we were all freezing!!! He told us amazing stories about the palace with amazing passion! He gave us enough time for pictures and even took pictures for us!!! The tour lasted almost 4-5 hours instead of the 2.5-3 and we felt even then we couldn’t cover everything!
