Menorca is known to be one of the best destinations for boat trips. While most people fly into Mahon to enjoy the clear water and outdoor activities, there are more secluded and private beaches to be enjoyed along the island’s expansive coastline.
With some of the best beaches in Spain, crystal clear waters, and hidden coves, the South Coast is an appealing option. Most of the tours to explore the area leave from Cala Galdana. The North Coast offers similar inlets and pristine beaches, with tours leaving from Fornells Bay.
We list a variety of different options suitable for families and traveling couples who wish to set sail with minimal hassle.

Menorca offers pristine beaches and boutique hotels alongside whitewashed hilltop villages and rural landscapes. While this Balearic Island offers fewer boat trips, it is quieter than its neighbors. The islands of Ibiza and Mallorca both receive visitors in higher numbers.
Your jaw will drop at sunrise with landscapes on the east coast containing gullies, caves, and wetlands. You can find unspoiled beauty in the Unesco declared biosphere reserve and rural villages.
The biosphere reserve aims to protect the habitat alongside some 220 bird species and 1000 plant species. Large numbers of sea birds are known to gather in an area of the reserve called Albufera des Grau Natural Park. Another animal to note is the Balearic lizard.
Menorca is a flat island with the highest peak, Mount Toro, only 358m above sea level. The pleasant Mediterranean sub-humid climate, outdoor activities, and vibrant wildlife make this a destination worth visiting.

The boat trip is exactly as described. The staff are so friendly and las calas are so beautiful. My family and I weren’t expecting to have a good paella but it was incredibly delicious, so yummy. The only negative side is also the paella. I would suggest to add a vegetarian option or one with just meat/chicken, as I am allergic to seafood and couldn’t enjoy the paella, so unfortunately I was hungry for the rest of the day.
