charming, stone-built cottage
is situated in a privileged elevated
position hosting spectacular
views over the Montefrio village.
It's a wonderful house from which to explore
the exciting city of Granada
and its Alhambra
Palace or ski at the
Sierra Nevada resort. Decorated
with old farm implements, this property
provides a cozy home for a relaxing
holiday.

Situated on the outskirts of one of the
historic village of Montefrío, the
property is reached by a short steep track
leading up to the house. The sun terrace
with dip-pool of 3 by 4.5 metres hosts spectacular
views over the village and surrounding landscape.
An old millstone table and stone benches make
this a perfect setting for your alfresco dinners!
For a day trip, historic Granada, with its
spectacular Moorish Albaicín quarter, shops,
pretty squares, and palaces is well worth a visit.
Please note: Due to the steep drops in the
grounds surrounding the house, small children
will need supervision.

includes an open fireplace, and old farm
implements adorn the walls. The
accommodation is all on one floor with
simple furniture and consists of an open-plan
living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms
and a bathroom. |

The traditionally decorated living/dining
room has a dining table for 6, a sofa-bed,
2 armchairs and tv. The kitchen comes
with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,
and a washing machine. Each bedroom
provides sleep for 3 persons, with 1
double and one single bed each. An
additional 10th person could sleep on the
sofa bed. |
