I am sending you this email to let you know that our vacation in Spain was spectacular! Thank you and your staff for organizing such a wonderful trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotels that you chose for us in Madrid and Barcelona. They were beautiful and well appointed. The staff at each hotel was gracious and always willing to accommodate our requests. The location of each hotel made it easy to walk to most of the major points of interest.
The private transfers that you arranged to pick us up at the airports and transport us to our hotels were prompt and courteous.
The packet that you prepared with restaurant information and recommendations proved to be very helpful in both Madrid and Barcelona. We were able to enjoy several of your suggestions.

The highlight of our stay in each city was the time we spent with our tour guides. They were all so professional, well prepared and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with each of them. I cannot begin to tell you the value they added to our trip! I must offer a special "thank you" to Mati and Christina. They were both exceptional!
