A great location in the centre of Madrid, housed in an impressive building, dating back to the 19th century.

This apartment boasts new, tasteful furniture and furnishings (as well as all bedding, towels, etc.), with an emphasis on character and luxury.
It is a one bedroomed apartment, although the huge elegant lounge has a wonderful sofa bed which more than caters to two people. In addition, there is at least one roll out bed chair.

This stunning apartment also offers the following amenities to its guests:

A hi-fi system, television and a DVD player.

In the kitchen there is a full range of modern appliances, such as a new modern oven, a microwave, and a fridge freezer.

There is also a cleaning service.
